Solid Mintabie Jelly Opal Sterling Silver Pendant Necklace

An unusual solid opal from Mintabie, Australia which has been individually handcut cut by ourselves and set in a handmade sterling silver pendant Necklace. 

The opal is called a Mintabie Jelly Opal and is translucent in tone. It is an unusual grey/mauve/pink tone with neon glistening specks across the opal. It has been hard to capture exactly in the photos but is a rare and original opal. It measures approximately 1.2 cms x 9mm and is free form oval shaped. 

It is hung on an 16” Rhodium Plated Sterling Silver chain (which has a slightly darker tone to sterling silver). Chosen to complement the tone of the Opal.
