An absolutely stunning solid Opal from Mintabie, Australia which has been individually hand cut by ourselves and set in a handmade sterling silver ring.
The Opal is very impressive, full of rainbow fire across the whole opal background of milky white. It constantly changes appearance with different lights and movements. A larger opal measuring approximately 1.6 x 1.2 cms at its widest points.
Mintabie opals are currently no longer mined, therefore they are rarer and more sought after.
