Mintabie Opal is a highly sought after Australian Opal, not only due to its beauty but also because the land has been given back to the indigenous people which has dramatically affected the supply of Opal from Mintabie, its being increasingly rarer. 

This is a fine example of a quality piece of opal, measuring approximately 1.7 cms x 1.4 cms at its widest points. It is a triangular free form shape and is a deep vibrant blue tone with vibrant neon green & blue flashes that are constant  from all angles for a striking look.
