A stunning, larger solid opal from Mintabie, Australia which has been individually hand cut & finished by ourselves. Set in a handmade sterling silver pendant and hung on an 18” sterling silver chain. The opal is a rarer solid Opal from Mintabie. The Mintabie mines are no longer permitted for miners to operate in, therefore any Opal from there is increasingly becoming rarer and more valuable.
The opal is vibrant blue/green tone and measures approximately 1.8 x 1.3 cms at it’s widest points, it is free form shape which has been cut to shape of opal.
