A really stunning solid Mintabie Australian Opal that has been individually hand cut by ourselves and set in a handmade sterling silver pendant for a truly handcrafted piece of jewellery. 

Mintabie Opal is a highly sought after Australian Opal, not only due to its beauty but also because the land has been given back to the indigenous people which has dramatically affected the supply of Opal from Mintabie, its being increasingly rarer. 

This is a fine example of a larger piece, measuring approximately 2.7 cms x 0.8 cms at its widest points. It is free form in shape and is a blue tone with vibrant neon green, blue & golden flashes that constantly glisten from all angles.
