We pride ourselves in offering you unique, bespoke, fully handmade pieces of jewellery in a variety of techniques. This is why we hand cut, carve, finish the majority of our own gemstones, specialising in Australian opals, to ensure each piece is as individual as you. We carry out all processes ourselves in our Brighton workshop & studio.

Wired & Water Artwork by Sarah Allison
Emerging from a love of working with wire in jewellery making, and combined with a love of painting, Sarah also produces original pieces of mixed media artwork.
Each piece of artwork is framed and contains an original hand wire sculpture, an original watercolour painting, and some come with gold/fine silver leaf highlights. Whilst there may be similar pieces, you can guarantee no two pieces are the same. No prints are available.

The opal pendant I ordered looks amazing, When my wife sees this on Christmas Day her eyes will pop with the amazing reds, yellow and blue colours.
This was a gift for my wife and there was a small issue with clasp on the necklace, so we were a little disappointed. 'Glitter and Gem' dealt with problem straight away and resolved issue quickly, to the delight of my wife.
I would recommend them and we look forward to doing further shopping.

My Isle of Wight Amber ring arrived today. It was well packaged. It's really beautiful!!! The ring is very well made and simply stunning. It's unique and I absolutely love it!!!
I’ve made two recent purchases, one for a Opal pendant the second a Lapis Lazuli pendant. Both were at short notice and delivered with very tight timescales. Glitter and Gem made me a necklace for my wedding day. I wanted something simple and small but I was struggling to find anything online. I had an idea of what I wanted, so with Sarah and Jock's suggestions and help they created me 2 silver hammered circles to represent me and my now husband. They recommended a beautiful chain which was the perfect length to match the neckline of my dress. Communication was excellent, they even sent me images of the necklace beforehand in case I wanted to change anything before collection. When I went to pick up the necklace I was able to try out some different length/thickness of chain so I could be sure it was exactly right. I would definitely buy from them again and I will recommend them to my friends. They're a lovely couple making beautiful jewellery :)
